Thoughts swirling around. I can’t stop. Want to escape, run away from everything.
From you. From all of you. Lost. Mind in chaos. Tried sleeping but I can’t. Been up the whole night, till now…Too many thoughts. Too many things. I need to stop thinking. Just for awhile. I need to breathe. I need to calm down. Get out of my fucking head. Please just get out. Thinking too much, it hurts. Need it to stop. For awhile…just awhile.

I have nights like this sometimes. Just find a nice place and go there, in your mind. The beach, the desert, shopping, a coma…works for me! Hang in there, Sharkbait!
