Around you is a wall

Inside this wall you feel secure

Never to let your feelings show

If they do not see you cry you’ll be safe

Yet you die inside

Oh no someone can sence your pain

They want to help

Can you be vunerable

Is it too late

Let them in

Take the chance

Now alive inside

People around you to ease the pain

Gone is your protection

Never to isolate yourself again

Around you was a wall
