Sharkbait & packing
I realize I’m a terrible packer. I cannot pack for shits. I tired to pack my bag last night, but I failed big time. I ended up with more shorts than shirts…and forgetting all the other clothes and stuff. Dubai has given up on me…she got irritated watching me pack. Said I had no system. You need a system to pack??!! My bag started out quite nicely actually, clothes nicely folded..then I got excited with packing and I dumped it all in…Even with the checklist CFB gave me I went crazeee…Mother Sharkbait gave up too.
Mother Sharkbait : “So you pack already?”
Sharkbait : “yep!”
Mother Sharkbait : “Are you sure, what about the clothes you put for wash?”
Sharkbait : “Er…which ones…oh ya..I forgot!”
Mother Sharkbait : “You know Sharkbait, you didn’t get my genes in packing”
Sharkbait : “Huh?? Genes in packing…aww come on mum..I’m trying to be spiffy”
Mother Sharkbait : “All you think about is being spiffy…least Dubai pre-plans her outfits whe she goes away..you can’t be bothered to iron your clothes..you’re terrible.”
Sharkbait : “Iron the clothes?? But its going in the suitcase and it will be crumple anyway..so why iron now??”
Mother Sharkbait : “Up to you la, Sharkbait, you do whatever you want. Just don’t call me if you want emergency underwear”
Sharbait : “Emergency underwear?? HAHAHHAAHA”
Pack, packer, packest…All of this, I am not. oh well…I’m going to New York..so its ok. heh…

yo, peanut. You’ve eaten so many peanut balls you’ve become one. Just put sets of shorts and shirts on your bed together with underwear then put all in the suitcase. Bring ONE pair of jeans, it’ll be enough. Easy peasy.
I have packed my shoes, sleeping wear and a shawl. Washed yesterday so that I can pack tonight. Have also packed an emergency medical kit with Vicks, plasters and panadol. My perfume is packed. My socks and underwear is packed. And quite neatly too, if I say so myself. I just can’t believe the next time I see you, we’ll be in New York.
LMM - I must eat peanut ball today. For energy. My room is in a mess. I think I will pay a packer to pack for me the packest bag. What you think?
JB - Whoa…you’re a bloody neat packer seh..You forgot the tiger balm..but not to worry. I will bring that one. Socks..i keep forgetting my damn socks…Home to pack again I guess..wish me luck. And remember your emegency underwear!
